FAQ

Times Tables Rock Stars is suitable for all learners aged 6 years and upwards who need to learn, or get quicker at recalling their times tables and division facts.

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you should be automatically logged into your tutor account.

If not you’re not logged in, please go to play.ttrockstars.com/auth/tutor and log in using the email address and password that you provided when you registered.

Your tutees will need to go to Log In > Tutor > Tutee and search for your tutor business name or postcode. Then they enter the username and pin number that were created for them when you added them on the Users page.

No, however we do offer tutors a full refund within the first 30 days if they aren’t entirely happy with the platform.

 

To end your access to Times Tables Rock Stars and claim your refund, please email the team at [email protected] within 30 days of registering.

Yes, simply ask them to tap on the timer to hide it. They can also play in the Jamming game mode where there is no timer.

Yes absolutely! Go to the Users page and click “Purchase more seats”. The cost is pro-rated according to the number of days you have left on your subscription.
